Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our talented team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to driving measurable results. As a Marketing Specialist at TopOut Group, you will play a key role in crafting and executing marketing campaigns that elevate our clients’ brands and ensure their success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote our clients’ products and services, driving engagement and growth.
• Collaborate with the creative team to design engaging online and offline marketing content.
• Analyze data and trends to optimize marketing strategies and deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to clients.
• Monitor performance metrics across multiple media channels and prepare detailed reports.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor strategies.
• Assist in managing social media channels, including content scheduling, audience engagement, and performance analytics.
• Support the development of new business and provide strategic input for proposals and pitches.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a solid understanding of PPC, SEO, social media, email marketing, and analytics.
• Proven experience with marketing software and tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and others.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation.
