Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients
• Identify client needs and work with internal teams to provide customized solutions
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely communication and resolution of issues
• Collaborate with sales and support teams to drive client success and satisfaction
• Be responsible for understanding our strategic partnerships and how they can further aid clients

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in an Account Executive or similar role
• Strong background in customer service, with the ability to build rapport easily
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Salary:   $65,000 – $80,000
